History
PCC started with the aim of servicing the Indian Defence, Aerospace and other Industrial applications with their products and services that include Telemetry, Data Acquisition, Timing & Control Systems apart from undertaking turnkey projects that include integration of third party sub systems. PCC works with many of the ambitious indigenization projects of the Government of India and has successfully designed, developed, supplied and retrofitted many products for Airborne, Mobile and Lab applications. The company is known for their skills and expertise in the design and development of products that are import alternatives and also for legacy upgrade of products with extension of life by more than 15 years. The company initially worked with a few customers but is working with almost all indigenization projects of the Indian Government within the Defence, Aerospace and Industrial Applications. PCC is currently known for their Airborne Flight Instrumentation Systems, Current generation Airborne Transmitters, GPS/Glonass based Time Reference Systems and Control Systems for Aero Engines, Aero Generators, Turret Control of Military Tanks and Control Guidance of Laser Guided bombs.

Founder Promoter M P Sastri is Director (Technical) and an IIT, Kanpur Post Graduate who has been instrumental in designing and developing the entire range of data acquisition products that include the Telemetry Systems. Sastri has an illustrious experience spanning 30 years in which he has designed and developed very complex import alternative systems for the Indian R&D community.

PJB Noble
Director (Commercial)
Founder Promoter PJB Noble is Director (Commercial) at Park Controls & Communications (P) Ltd, is responsible for the Corporate functions of the organization that include Finance, Administration, HR, Purchase, Projects & Marketing. Together with his Co-Director (Technical) Noble founded Park Controls & Communications (P) Ltd., in the year 1989. The company has found a niche within the Indian Defence & Aerospace Industry.

T Satyanarayana
Sr. Vice President (Systems)
Mr. T Satyanarayana, Sr. Vice President (Systems), with a Post Graduate degree from IISc, School of Automation, has been responsible for establishing some of the pioneering and major Telemetry Data Acquisition Systems and with his able team can customize Telemetry Network systems very capably as per the precise specifications of the customer. His experience spans 25 years.

V Jalaramiah
Associate VP
Mr. V Jalaramiah, B.E from Andhra University and the Associate VP (Telemetry & Checkout Systems) has an illustrious experience of having worked for 32 years in ISTRAC (ISRO) Telemetry, Tracking & Command Network) of ISRO. He established telemetry network consisting of 10 stations in India & abroad. All the stations are connected using satellite links. All the stations are remotely controlled from control center at Bangalore. He has established experimental DCP network in 1979 using Bhaskara satellite, based on which current DCP system using INSAT is operational.

TVL Kantha Rao
Vice President (Technology Solutions)
Mr. TVL Kantha Rao, M.Sc., from Andhra University, and Vice President (Technology Solutions) is very experienced in product engineering having worked in ITR and established computer network for missile launch complex at Balasore. Kantha Rao has been instrumental in the development of many Airborne LRUs with advance features using hardware and software tools in cutting edge of technology.
