1. Job Title : Executive/ Purchase & ERP

Years of Experience – 1-3yrs

Job Profile:

Mainly front-end purchase & ERP activities including the following but not limited to:

• Handle the Purchase functions of the entire organization starting from receiving of indents to arranging material to Production and other users i.e identifying the vendors, sending tenders, making comparative statement of tenders, holding negotiations, placement of orders, monitoring vendors for timely deliveries, follow up with Customs for clearance, follow up of vendors payment, vendor performance rating, etc.
• Co-ordination for Implementation and maintenance of ERP package in all activities of the factory including purchase activities i.e., interaction with ERP package supplier and various departments of the company for proper implementation of ERP.

Qualifications:

• Degree / Diploma in Science or Engg. preferably in Electrical & Electronics
• 3 to 5 years of experience in handling purchase activities preferably in Electronic design and manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 2 years experience in implementation and maintenance of ERP package like SAP/Microsoft Dynamics

2. Job Title : Executive/ Technical Writer

JOB CONTENT:

PROJECTS

The company is in the field of Defense Avionics.  The projects taken up for execution follow the DoD 2167A and IEEE 12207 documentation processes.  Also the end product designed and developed will have to be supported by proper documentation such as User Manual, Technical Manual, Operations Manual, etc.

· Understand the specifications of the project thoroughly, quickly and efficiently

· Will be involved in the preparation of the following documents in the course of a project:

o Systems Specifications

o Systems Requirement Specifications

o Preliminary Design Document

o Detailed Design Document

o Acceptance Test Procedure / Plan

o Support Documentation such as

§ Technical Manual

§ User Manual

§ Operations Manual

DESIGN – BROCHURE & WEB CONTENT

o Work on the company’s marketing collateral material for effective presentation

o Work on the content for the Website along with the specialist for one time support.  Thereafter manage the website with periodic updates independently.

GENERAL                                             

Assist in any general writing work like preparation and update of office manual, employee handbook, etc.

Qualification:        A Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering with a flair for writing.  Good working knowledge of Flash, Power Point, Adobe Frame Maker and Acrobat, MS Word, MS Excel, Dream Weaver, Robo Help, Photo Shop.

Experience of at least one to two years in technical writing is a must particularly in Electronics Industry.  Will have to demonstrate a keen sense of imagination and justify the same with examples of past work handled. 

Should have good communications skills.  Should be a leader who will inspire and be willing to learn new technologies.  Should be a team player.

3. Job Title: Position: Hardware Engineer

Qualification: Fresher in BE – ECE, EEE, Instrumentation with more than 70%

Job Profile: Design using FPGA, CPLD, Micro controllers etc, Preparation of

schematics, Coding using VHDL, Software programming using

‘C’, Board testing etc.

Essential : Knowledge of Digital circuits, analog circuits and microprocessors,

micro controllers ,VHDL/Verilog, C, C++ and good analytical

skills.
