All employees at PCC get a 3-pronged compensation package that includes a salary, incentives and ESOPs (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). This compensation package is a reward system that is directly proportional to the performance of the individual.

While the salaries are on par with industry standards, PCC believes that good work should be rewarded with, more than just a salary. All employees are covered under various performance-related incentive schemes, depending on the department they belong to. This gives the employee an opportunity to earn more, subject to his performance on the job.

ESOPs take care of the long-term needs of employees. Employees can benefit over a period of time because of share value appreciation. All employees, who have worked for a minimum period of one year with the company, are eligible for ESOPs. The number of shares allotted is decided upon by a Compensation Committee, and is dependant upon the position of the employee in the organization hierarchy and his / her performance.

We are also on the verge of introducing a 5-day workweek and flexi-timing work schedules so that employees can enjoy their work and personal lives.

The company also has a flat organization structure that encourages open channels of communication. Employees are free to meet with the management to put forth ideas and suggestions for improvement.

We require technology professionals for both our Hardware and Software divisions. Ideal candidates would have a BE, ME or higher qualification, with an excellent academic track record of over 70% aggregate throughout their education. Diploma holders with an excellent academic track record are also eligible to apply. Areas of study could be Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics, Information Technology, and Computer Science.
