1. Inventory Management
· Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software.
· Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment actions.
· Ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation where applicable.
· Track slow-moving, non-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory.
· Conduct periodic stock verification and cycle counts.
2. Material Receipt & Inspection Coordination
· Ensure proper receipt of incoming materials against Purchase Orders.
· Verify quantity, part number, date code, batch/lot number, and proper documentation.
· Coordinate with Quality/Incoming Inspection for material acceptance.
· Segregate accepted, rejected, and quarantine materials.
· Send rejected stores back to vendor in consultation with purchase or scrap the items after confirmation from vendor/purchase.
· Inform receipt of stores to the project team.
3. Storage & Preservation
· Ensure proper storage conditions for electronic components and sensitive items.
· Monitor temperature, humidity, ESD controls, and shelf-life requirements records.
· Maintain proper labeling and traceability.
· Ensure safe handling and storage practices.
4. Material Issue & Dispatch
· Issue materials against authorized store request vouchers/work orders.
· Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch.
· Maintain dispatch documentation and records.
· Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
5. Compliance & Documentation
· Maintain stores records as per company procedures.
· Ensure compliance with AS9100 quality requirements.
· Support internal and external audits.
· Prepare inventory reports, reconciliation statements, and MIS.
6. Team Management
· Supervise storekeepers.
· Allocate work and monitor productivity.
· Train staff on inventory procedures, ESD practices, and safety.
· Maintain discipline and housekeeping in the stores area.
