Job Description

The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for front-end sales and strategic marketing of the company’s product solutions and services. The role demands strong domain knowledge of Electronics, instrumentation, Aerospace and Defence systems, and Embedded Technologies. The candidate will be accountable for identifying business opportunities, mapping customer requirements, and driving order booking targets. This position plays a key role in enhancing the company’s profile within the Aerospace, Defence, and Satellite industry ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

    • Strong understanding of Electronics, Instrumentation, Embedded Systems, and solution-based sales.
    • Solid business acumen with the ability to strategize and execute go-to-market plans.
    • Established or capable of building networks within the Aerospace, Defence, and Satellite industries.
    • Effective communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
    • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Aggressive, target-driven mindset with a pleasant demeanor.

Skill & Experience

     

    • Female candidates between 35 - 45 years old preferred
    • Sales Strategy, Government Business Development, or Product Management Certifications
    • BD professionals returning to Sales & Marketing after a career break encouraged
    • Willing to travel within the country and abroad
