Job Description

Knowledge in fabricating sheet metal enclosures, machining components, and dimensional component inspection. 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Knowledge of ESS and QT Test 

Basic understanding of ISO 9001/AS9100 

Key Responsibilities

Review of Vibration Test Specifications as per Test Profiles and Setup machine 

Run the Vibration Machine as per test profile and coordinate with internal project teams Coordinate with QA team and scheduling internal vibration test requirements as per project requirements 

• Preparation of Test Reports as per test profile 

Coordinating with inspection authorities & certifying agencies. 

 

Skill & Experience

Experience in operating a vibration machine, configuring profiles, and executing vibration profiles in accordance with specifications. 

• Experience with operating Environmental test chambers and Burn in chambers 

• Expertise in environmental testing, including Thermal Cycling, Random Vibration, Mechanical Shock, Thermal Shock, and other test. 

• 

The awareness of Standards such as MIL810G and JSS55555 

Expertise in generating Test Reports in accordance with the test profile
