The Systems Integration Rig of a specific Russian aircraft supplied by Russia has been fully serviced and is operational by replacing the Radar Signal System (RSS) with completely indigenous system. The Dynamic Test Bench (DTB) was also repaired and upgraded. The system functions perfectly.
Large Telemetry Ground Stations for the flight trials of different flight vehicles have been established successfully integrating products from PCC alongside products from various OEMs outside the country
Project Specific
Customer expectations differ from project to project. Product specifications may not meet the entire needs of the application. Or there may be situations where there are no ready products available to fill in product gaps in turnkey solutions. PCC takes up customization of any product to customize the specifications or can even design new products to fill gaps in turnkey projects. Turnkey solutions
Solutions for supply, integration, installation and commissioning of turnkey solutions that involve the deployment of products within PCC portfolio, or products from third party sources or design and development of new products. Services for the installation, integration and commissioning of Infrastructure Projects within the Defence and Avionics space, where products from third party vendors also are seamlessly integrated to fill product gaps, both in Hardware and Software, and a total working system is handed over with adequate training for the users to handle the operations with ease.
Maintenance
We undertake maintenance services of large systems and LRUS, Defence Systems, Sub Systems on behalf of OEMs outside India. PCC will put together a team that would take care of the maintenance of the system 24/7 with training and spares support from the OEM. Products supplied by PCC are maintained for periods up to 10 years. Also products deployed in large numbers by OEM (outside India) can be maintained on behalf of OEMs by dedicated teams providing 24/7 services.
